Week 1 : Project 1

This time, under the guidance of our lecture, Mr. Zulkiffli, we are given another task on designing a sign board for a building.

Honestly, I did not know much about the term and requirement of a sign board, as for me, it needs to be big enough with the word on it in order to allow the people saw it from far away especially in the high way road. But, after i've gone through the lecture, only i know that sign board is not necessary designed in a simple and plain form. It can be design in various shape and form. After the lecture showed us some of the pictures about sign board, only i know that how creative and colorful a sign board can be.

As from all the examples above, typography did played an important role towards a sign board. With the help of the color combination, this enables a sign board appear to be more outstanding.

What is environmental design??
Environmental design is a place based marketing that offers customer experiences in making contact with the brand as what has been stated through the slide offers by our lecturer, Mr Zulkiffli Bin Che Haris and Mr. Nazri Bin Zainuddin.

We are also being given the task to open a blog regarding 1 of the assignment which consist of 15% from the total marks for this semester.

So that's why i am here today with my yellowish blog. Will be updating soon. Furthermore, we are also allow to post any stuff related to some sort of environment purposes and share it out with our friends out there...this is indeed cool...

As from my personal point of view, the main purpose we are assigned to write the blog is because it may help us build our passion deeper towards the things and environment which surrounds us all the time, while understand more about this subject which related to advertising most of the time.

We are also required to visit 1 of the concept store as a task given in order to explain it out within the 5 senses (see, hear, think, taste, feel).
